Any claims of performance of the service are real-time average metrics of our users. Furthermore Insight Trader is not a financial planner, or financial advisor, and is not offering financial advice in any capacity whatsoever.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we, our affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in relation to the use, or inability to use, the Service. This limitation of liability applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Your relationship with Insight Trader is that of a customer and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer relationship is intended or created by these Terms.
Refund Policy
Insight Trader offers a 7 day refund policy for it's flagship product Market Future AI. Simply stated if a user doesn't love Market Future AI and wishes to return the product for a full money back refund, they are eligible to do so provided they meet the following criteria:
1)The refund request was submitted no later than 7 days after purchasing the software
2)User has completed all video training material in accordance with purchasing Market Future AI, so they are aware of how to use the tool to it's fullest effect, and are following the strategic recommendations of the video training program.
3)User has made an attempt to gain help from the Insight Trader support team to answer any questions and resolve all perceived challenges in using Market Future AI within 7 days of purchase.
4)User has made a reasonable effort (to be determined by the Insight Trader team) to utilize Market Future AI to find success in their trading endeavours and can provide documented proof of this effort.
